Independent bands often lack affordable, high-quality audio production options, especially studios that meet their artistic standards. Roasted Crow needed a professional-grade album efficiently produced, using limited budget, but still meeting commercial expectations for clarity, dynamics, and fidelity.

I leveraged UX design thinking to structure the entire production like a product workflow:

• Multi-track home studio setup with isolated instrument tracking across rooms and 16-channel input for clean recording
• Iterative testing and feedback loops, including listening focus groups and headphone mix adjustments to ensure performance comfort and sonic accuracy
• Professional mixing and mastering, addressing mix flaws like any “bugs in software,” with deadline-driven refinements in time for a streaming release via TuneCore

• Successfully released the album Aristocrat Boogie on October 18, 2024, across streaming platforms and in CD form
